I'm claiming on 2 accounts, both of which are still in use, and both still have an overdraft facility. I've had no problems since starting the claim.

don't forget that the banks can't function if they don't have OUR money to play with!

:D

Hi

I know there is a recent thread on this forum where someone is coming across problems where they have made an entirely legitimate complaint to Barclays in respect of their existing account upon which they are currently making a claim; the gist of Barclay's reply was that they would only address the unrelated complaint if the customer signed the settlement offer (which obviously wasn't for the full amount).

3 Active Claims:

Barclays Refund of Bank Charges (Sole account) - Applied to lift court ordered Stay

Barclays Refund of Bank Charges (Joint account) - Awaiting court date

Barclays Refund of Bank Charges (Joint account) Pre-6 yrs- LBA sent.

3 Wins :

Barclays t/a The Woolwich (Data Protection Act breach costs & compliance)

HSBC (on behalf of brother)

Settled Out of Court - £3,874.76

Alliance & Leicester (on behalf of friend)

Settled Out of Court - £723.41
