hey can anyone answer this for me ? does anyone know about any issues if you move house while the claim is going on will it cause problems ?

when i started the claim i had already asked to close my halifax account but they have said they would leave it open if i want to no inforced closure -

Yep i have the money all of it in FULL, they had paid it into the account and not cheque like the first offer. Anyone got a template to write to the courts to say the clain has been settled ? -

hey just would like to ask if any has come into trouble when claiming on a account that you are currently using ? as im about to take barclays to court thay have offered small amount of £375.00 total amount of charges 572.12 with interest its 654.34 then the court fee of 80.00 just worried they could close the account any had this ?

still waiting for the cheque untill then im think of holding off writing the courts to they have offerd me full amount and till ive got the cheque in my hand -

sucess !!!! halifax have sent me letter saying they are going to pay ALL (571.00) the money including interest (£764.76) and the court fees (£80.00) but still insist they have doing this in goodwill ? with week left before court any else doing recomend sticking it out !! -

i have the notifiaction of the sevice has been filed on the 15th june so guess the court date/ date i can go for judgement on moneyclaim is 13th july ? -
