Hi There

I just recieved today a letter from the court i initally had registered with Northampton County Court tansfering my claim to the court covering the area I live Southampton, i am just needing reassurance that things are still ok as on the cover letter there is a sentence "and note that the allocation questionnarie should be returned to the Southampton County court" this line has been scored out. Does this mean it has already been completed and i dont need to complete another one. The bank Alliance and leicester have of course entered a defence which 28 days from the 5th of June brings it to the 3rd of July does it mean that because this has been transfered it delays the whole thing or what will happen next

the funny thing is of course alliance and leicester already sent me a cheque for 648 which i returned as I am claming for 2k is this just being greedy on my part by not taking the dosh or alliance and leicester admitting in part they overcharge and i did the right thing by sending back the cheque and going for broke so to speak

You have done exactly the right thing. Its your money taken unlawfully from your account and you have a legal right to claim it back. Well done.
