I proposed my directions in the AQ which the court then issued its directions against.....I had to submit my information and evidence by early May, the bank by 22nd May. I sent mine in good and early to the court and the banks solicitors by recorded mail. For some reason their solicitors completely failed to respond to either me or the bank. I turned up for my preliminary hearing yesterday where there was nothing from the bank. Consequently their defence was struck out and I won. Very pleasant if a little sinister. Anyone else had similar experiences

Yes, it has happended several times, do you need to apply for judgement? If you are not sure then phone the court.
