Hi there wonder if anyone can help. I have been awaiting a court date for weeks now, after Lloyds moved the court to Brighton. But I have suddenly received a letter from Sechiari Clark & Mitchell asking for REQUEST FOR FURTHER INFORMATION, regarding 'our clinet is minded to enter into a settlement negotations' I am aware that this may be avery small amount but they also ask for

1, Each and every individual amount of the charge that you are claiming and are disputing

1. The date of each and evey charge that you say was deducted from your account

3. How you calculated any interest

4. How you calculate the sum of £4091.47 and

5. Confirm your sort code and bank account number ???????

All this information has already been provided. Do I have to respond to this

as we have not yet received a court date ?

Hope someone can help

:)

This is totally normal for them to ask for this information again, typical delaying tactic.

Just send them another copy of your schedule of charges (recorded delivery), at least you know you've answered their request then.

If my advice has helped please click my scales

Should you require any further help feel free to pm me.

Hi

I've just had exactly the same letter! I too was advised on here to send a copy of my charges by recorded.

Only I have 2 accounts & I've just realised I've added the 2 amounts up slightly wrong when adding on the 8%!!!! Not sure what to say to them but I guess I just have to be honest & say I couldn't use the calculator!!!

Good luck with your claim & if you have any advice for my letter - would appreciate it!
