Right, I've given Natwest tons of time and I've heard nothing. I've just been paid :) so I'm going to put in my claim. The guidance notes suggest downloading 3 copies of N1, one for the court, one for the bank and one for myself. I was just wondering if a photocopy would suffice to send to the bank and if I should include any covering letter.

You don't send it to the bank, yougive their copy to the court and they send it. in fact we gave our copy to the court as well so that they could put the claim number on it and return it.

You cannot save the completed N1 (pdf format) on your computer - it loses all the data when you save it. What I did was to fill it in onthe computer and then print 3 copies - it is only 2 pages long. Under Particulars of Claim, I found it best to just write "attached" and attach a seperate sheet - more room that way.
