Hi everyone! I recently applied to NatWest to get charges back (An Ironic £666!) And they paid up no problems! I have now recently recieved my statements from Lloyds (Nearly 45 pages of only charges!) and I've worked it out to be a whopping £2600!

I've read a few of the threads on here and I'm panicing a bit that I might have a bit of a battle on my hands! Any advice before I send off the "Give me my money back!" letter would be greatfully appreciated! :-)

Thanks!

Hi

Expect to be in for a bit of a wait, Lloyds like to take their time and drag things out as long as possible.

They could settle anytime after the Court claim has been filed (rarely before this) up until a day before the Court date, hopefully today's events are a one off.

Good luck, let us know how you get on, and please ask if you have any questions, we're a friendly bunch on here!

Barty:)

I WON!!!! :D :D :D
