You times your amount of charges ie £12.000 by 0.00022

Daily interest is £2.64 a day. If you have an overdraft then add all the interest aswell, and times the full total by 0.00022.

Tilly

Your particulars of claim are different to your spreadsheet of charges. There is a template that you can change to suit your own circumstances, look in the templates section sorry I can't provide a link. Sea-side lady has provided a link..scroll up.

You need to hand into court :-

N1 form x3

Particulars of claim (attached to the N1) x3

Spreadsheets of charges x3

Good luck
