I was a customer of HSBC Bank about 7 years ago. Before I went abroard for a few months, I issued a cheque to someone over GBP 350.00, there was enough money on the account for this cheque. Now my debts are more than GBP 6.000,00 and I do not know where this came from. I didn't use the account since that time.

After I issued the cheque I had to go abroad for a few month and I did not get my bank statements at all until now. The amount of debts went higher and higher, but I did not get an answer why I all of a sudden have such an amount to pay. And because of this my credit rating is bad even that I never had a credit in England from a bank. I pay my credit cards and that is it.

Until now I try to get an answer from HSBC, but I only get letters that I will receive an answer from the HSBC. Every time the letters from HSBC coming from another person from HSBC and from another city.

What do you think that I can do best?

kind regards

Johanna Anna
