  1. no, you have to write for each bank account under the data protection act, I give you an example what you could write: Data Protection Act disclosure request xxxxxxxxxx please do not post template letters on the site xxxxxxxx Furthermore, I am sure you are now aware due to the sheer amount of these letters you receive plus the massive media attention, that every time you receive one of these letters it will be followed up by a request for a full refund of any disproportionate penalty charges, this will give you 14 days to do so before court action. Please note if I have to take court action to reclaim these charges then I will do so. Therefore, to save yourselves some time and money, if you could just refund all these charges dating back 5 years immediately you will not incur the court fees or your solicitor’s fees and the 8% interest I am entitled to claim. I expect your written answer within 14 days from today because you had enough time to sort everything out. I hope that this will help you. JO AN
  2. Go to France and open an account there and you will pay a lot less and you can manage your account via internet without any problem and you can get a cart bleu Visa immediately.
  3. do you have other ideas how to get a bank account for your company you are able to work with in Europe?
  4. There must be a link between the banks here, where they find the information to manipulate. Even if You can't find the information in Experian or other information services and they refuse a bank account. I have the feeling that the English banks don't want customers. Go abroard and open a bank account in France or Belgium or even Germany, you will get a better service and less charges.
  5. I would like to have a parachute account for my company, whatever that means. I don't want to work with Abbey and also not with HSBC. What can I do to get an answer, why they refused to open a company bank account?
  6. I asked for a business account at Royal bank of Scotland - the bank account was refused, even that I have no debts, I work properly with my company and I work as a journalist and have no bankruptcy or other bad debts record except this HSBC.
  7. I was a customer of HSBC Bank about 7 years ago. Before I went abroard for a few months, I issued a cheque to someone over GBP 350.00, there was enough money on the account for this cheque. Now my debts are more than GBP 6.000,00 and I do not know where this came from. I didn't use the account since that time. After I issued the cheque I had to go abroad for a few month and I did not get my bank statements at all until now. The amount of debts went higher and higher, but I did not get an answer why I all of a sudden have such an amount to pay. And because of this my credit rating is bad even that I never had a credit in England from a bank. I pay my credit cards and that is it. Until now I try to get an answer from HSBC, but I only get letters that I will receive an answer from the HSBC. Every time the letters from HSBC coming from another person from HSBC and from another city. What do you think that I can do best? kind regards Johanna Anna
