Hi,

I am claiming for £1217 from HSBC, I sent my Prelim Letter on the 6/11/06, LBA sent 25/11/06. On the 22/12/06 had a letter refusing the claim stating my contract and telling me I should refer my complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service etc.

Since I sent my LBA I have had a further £25 charge on my account, how would I add this to my claim? before I do the MCOL.

I would be very grateful if anyone could help.

Thanks

Macca

Hi Macca,

I would be inclined to add it at the point of submitting your MCOL . Easy as that , but once you have submitted your claim it will be harder to add any extra charges you incur and are best left to a separate claim.

You need to start a new thread here:http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/hsbc-bank/ where it will be a lot easier to advise you of anything in the future.

Good luck Macca

Jules
