can anybody advise me, have received two NOTICE OF DEFAULTS on my accounts l have sent my l/b/a/ Received offers and refused them still getting constant telephone calls please can anybody tell me what to do next?

Hey, please can you post this in your existing thread so that i can see how far you have got with your claim, i can't see your history so can't help you very much until you do that.

Have done all the process up to the l.b.a. but they have sent me 2 default notices on my accounts l thought they couldnt do that if you was disputing charges so do l still go ahead with the mcol?

Well you can do two things, i 've just had the same.

1.You can write to them with another LBA and include the spreadsheet up to date with new charges and include that you want the Defualt Notice removed also and give them 14days to pay up and then take them to MCOL for the new amount.

 

2. Take them to MCOL now for the amount you send in on your LBA and then when they offer to settle you can tell them to remove default and pay all the charges up to date of settlement, this is what i did today and i got that.
