i filed an IRL complaint to these due to the fact when they offered me the loan at the time my credit file littered with defaults and accounts in arrears

they responded with the below,

i never asked for a reduce payment plan.

whats the best thing to respond with?

i find it strange they are asking proof of income and everything now when they never asked for it when i first took out the loan.

when i first took out the loan they never once asked for bank statements wage slips.

No harm in replying with your thoughts as above

Wind 'em up a bit

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
