please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Yes thats okay its only registered if not paid within the given time......Im a little concerned though as per my last post that there is no mention of F&FS of the Judgment amount ?

We could do with some help from you.

I took that point on board and asked them to include an additional sentence confirming payment would be full and final settlement of the debt and county court judgement and as such it could never reaper on my credit file .

 

I will let you know the result of that request in the next few days .
