I have another question sorry for being a pain dont worry about hijacking my thread were all here to help. If the ulster bank dont pay out and i have to court will i just take the spreadsheets and not bother about the statements also i have lodged my claim on the online N Ireland small calims internet site. Do i need to contact the Ulster or do they do that i automaticaly thought the courts did that:confused:

hi stacey

what stage is your claim at?. usually with the ulster bank you have to file with scc but thats as far as it goes. most ppl get a letter saying its not worth them defending bla bla bla and pay up.

regards john.

Hi John

I have sent the letter requesting the money back with a payout of £90 and that was the final payment I then sent a letter saying id accept this is a interim payment but that i wanted it all back and i sent LBA still no payout and said that was final letter re this issue. I have now lodged my small claims court claim. I just wanted to know do you know if the ulstere dont pay out and i have to go to court what all do i need to take to court with me.

Thanks Stacey

Hi guys more questions for you, i had sent the bank a letter in repsonse to their "our penalties are fair" letter to say that i was not satisfied with their response and that i wanted the money paid in full - sent letter three weeks ago. I got a letter from them this morning asking me to photocopy my statements and highlight the charges and send it back to them and they would review the claim again and would reimburse me any charges for photocopying - is this just another stalling motive for them, they stated in the letter that this would take 6 - 8 weeks to complete

Hi diane this is defo stalling you need to set the time limits and also the banks should have there statements. Have you sent the letters using the letters on here. You need to send initial letter asking for it back then f they say no you go and send your lba and if still no then go ahead and take them to court stick to what you said you will.
