well lets make sure the debts are:

 

1. enforceable

2. all owed with no reclaiming to do

3. time left on credit file from default.

 

al very well BK/DRO/IVA etc etc

but I'm always sceptical of doing the above until we fully know the situation.

as a goodwill gesture

and as a reciprocal GOGW they must freeze int & refrain from levying PENALTY charges.

if they wont

drop them to £1PCM for life.
