Right guys.... claimed £590 and the MBNA have paid £230 into my account today as a GW gesture....

Obviously i will thank them for their interim payment but my Q's are:

1. Do i just take the £230 off my spreadsheet and resubmit the amended one with my LBA?

2. Can i still claim the 8% on the £230 should it go to the N1 stage?

this sounds strange but i'm gutted!!!!! lol...... wanted to take it to the N1 stage and get the interest back as well... and was thinking about resubmitting anyway with the compounded interest on..

So guys, where do i stand now...

Hi ok remove the cash from the spreadsheet. But you still claim interest on the cash upto the date it went into you account. Yes include an updated spreadsheet you might also include the original as ref for them.
