Do it by hand. Before you deliver it get a photocopy.

Write on the photocopy:-

Date...............................................

Received by (name)...........................

Signature.........................................

Position ...........................................

and get the bank to fill that in when you deliver it.

Keep a photocopy of it for yourself as you may need it later for reference.

Hi Styks,

You can still hand in your S.A.R at your baranch, I did.

Just make sure you get some kind of receipt.

Good to see another fellow Wakey member shoving it up the YB

If you need any help let me know , I am so far at the "waiting for a court date" stage.I will help you as much as I can , as will everyone on here.

Not sure Stycks

But if they pass it on to collections(i.e for your overdraft) the account is in dispute so they cannot take money from you straight away.

Always best to open a parachute account , I have one with the Halifax from when I had my mortgage with them so I`m sorted.;)

Also hi to Ladykenco I`m assuming you are a Wakey`ite too :D , more power to us lol.Don`t think it`ll make them pay any quicker though the YB seem to be the most stubborn and sneaky of all the banks being claimed against.:-x

Good luck to you all if I can help in any way I will try my best.

Jules
