Just paid £4 via paypal to do Mrs P's digital signature. When she confirmed the payment it took her straight to stage 5 of the process. When she then tried to continue she got a pop up saying something like account needs more credit. She now cannot log back into the CAG/Signguard bit as it doesn't recognise any password she enters. Mrs was never asked for a password to open an account in the first place. Any ideas folks?

I emailed you a couple of times, Phatram, but I'm guessing you haven't received anything? My last email was on the 20th, and at that stage I think you were still having problems logging in ? Although judging by your post on the 10th Oct you're able to log in, just not get the digital signature to format correctly?
