Hi

my loan was sold by Lloyds Banking group to Aktiv Kapital which im fine with,

had the letters confirming the sale back in July last year.

My only confusion is around how they are both reporting the same debt on my credit report,

it has only been the last 3 months aktiv kapital have been reporting it.

My simple question is are they right to both be reporting the same debt?

thanks

as long as the defaulted date in the debt summary has not changed

then its not harming you.

how old is this loan

tell us the history please

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Hi dx,

I have just checked my credit file and the default dates are the same and for the same amount so it all seems to be order actually. I just thought it would just be the 1 showing but i suppose they need to show the original debt for the history of the account.

Loan is from 2009, claimed back PPI and has a valid cca and i have a payment arrangment now with aktiv kapital(sounds a bit didgy) but they have been no bother at all

Thanks for yout time

I really do not know if i have penalty fees and

with regards to PPI i wrote to them and they sent me a cheque for the amount and i accepted back about 2 years ago.

I did ask lloyds to consider a full and final

they declined and

shortly after sold the account

strange really because i bet i offered them more than they sold it for,

Where would i start with penalty charges?

thanks
