Hi, I'm new to this forum and hope you can help me.... A month ago I ordered 2 sofas and was given 25/01/14 as delivery date. I was also informed that the sofas were in stock.. Today I received a voicemail asking me to ring them as there will be a SLIGHT delay to the delivery. When I rang I was told that due to manufacturers lack of supply, they won't be delivered until 20/02/14.!! Are they in breach of contract and should I get any compensation?

You should be entitled to cancel the order but as for compensation, I very much doubt it unless you have suffered a consequential loss.

If you are asked to deal with any matter via private message, PLEASE report it.
