SKY Poor Customer Service

OK to keep it short and sweet, I have TV, Phone & Broad band with these muppets the broadband and phone service went down for 15 days to the extent where they had to dig the road up to repair the line. To insult me they would only compensate me £4 off an £87 bill, I said to them you failed to provide me with the service I have paid for therefore I would get at least 30% of the bill knocked off, they declined and said £4 was fair. Surely thats never right?

hi be firm with sky tell them you are not putting up with it, i have had lots of issues with sky latest one is a customer service rep telling me to leave if i dont like reply, i complained and reply was they would look into it and deal with it internally, i mailed back and said no way i want a satisfactory answer, they will try and bully you but just stand firm

I know why, BB from them cost £7 a month. They are giving you roughly half of that back for half a months service disruption. Most of your bill will be TV I am guessing?

Sky will credit any loss of service you have from the day it was reported til the day was resolved. If you are paying for line rental and or call package I would suspect it is a little more.

 

As porky says if the majority of your billing is for tv you wont get any credit for that as that was working, I would also ask for something else for the inconvenience
