just as an update..

. we have been 2 times already to court both times the solicitors.

. Earlswood have failed to wait the proper amount of time as stated by court I am not sure what it is called.

.. but it has been rescheduled 3 times..

. today we just got in the post that Britannica has instructed Earlswood to not go any further and the application for charging order to be withdrawn..

. so if any one wonders.

.. it pays not to just roll over and let these big companies walk all over you!!!! :) :)

hey great result.

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
