Hi all,

About to file Claim for £4900 from lloyds on moneyclaim website.

Live in Scotland, i'm setting up London PO Box for address.

The above figure includes 8% interest calculated on the spreadsheet.

My question is, if the bank defends and a court date is set.... but then they offer to settle my claim at the last minute, do i still receive the 4900 incl 8%, or do you have to fight it out in court before you are entitled the 8%.

Will keep you posted of my progress.

Cheers.

:-)

My claim to Lloyds for £4900 is actually from 2 accounts.

Classic account (closed by me on Jul06) £1600

Platinum account (still open) £3300

I am planning to claim for the full £4900 in one go. Im i allowed to do this or will they make me split it?

Ive found the answer to the above, i can claim for both accounts cos its under 5K.

Ive just put my details into the Moneyclaim website and saved it so i can pay at the end of the week!

It only takes you as far as steps 5 of 8.

Do i get a chance in the later steps to forward my details of all the charges i have broken down onto my spreadsheet or does that wait till later in the proceedings?

Cant find the answer in the forum

Thanks:-)
