Just got my reply to the second letter i sent to the nationwide and they replied saying.

 

in brief they say thanks for time taken to get in touch, there aware of media attention, but they provide enough details of there charges in leaflets in branches ect....

 

they hope i can abide by there terms and conditions of this account if not find some other bank account.

 

they wont give me any refund and if im not happy still ring her personally, they must make me aware they use the financial services authority rules.they enclosed me a leaflet about complains...ect

 

what do i do now,????????? leave it or write to them ? if so what letter do i reply with for stage 3 after they replied to my stage 2 letter saying no.
