can you not post up so's we can have a look....

scan the required letters/agreements/sheets

as a picture[jpg] file

remove all pers info inc barcodes etc using paint program

but leave all figures and dates.

goto one of the many free online pdf converter websites

it would be better to upload a multipage pdf

than many single ones

or if you have PDF as an installed printer drive use that

or use word and save as pdf

open a new msg box here

hit go advanced below the msg box

hit manage attachments below that box

hit the add files button on the top right

hit select files, navigate to your file on your pc

hit upload files

NB:you can set where it goes in the post by hitting insert inline.

then hit reply button

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

thanks Ims21 no I haven't I have written a letter today back to the TSB telling them I want all the info on ppi and the agreements and breakdown of payments and they have not fulfilled my SAR request, I know we had protection though they would never had given us the mortgages without it. Without any proof how do I even begin to proceed on this one? especially as the mortgages were over 6 years ago!

any advice? many thanks

Hi

Its going to be difficult to estimate it without any base information.

Post #1 says your mortgage was for £55,000 and opening transaction per your posted documents was £55,290. So unless there was a single premium PPI included in the £55,000 then it would appear that PPI was not part of the agreement.

It could have been that there was a completely separate policy, distinct from the loan, and where the premiums for it could have been paid separately from the loan but that would feature on your bank statements.

Let's see what comes back in reply to your letter of today
