hi im looking for some advice/help on removing 2 mobile phone default notices. my current stategy is simply sending them a SAR hoping that if they fail to produce all account documents that this may make them remove defaults due to not having proof of account existance, would this work? or has anyone any better ideas?

which company are you talking about? I think that if you go to the relevant forum for your telephone provider, you will be likely to get more replies and more relevant support

Hi pokerchief123,

Thanks for making me aware of this.

To enable me to take a closer look at the Vodafone aspect of your concerns here could you email me with the details of the account in question by following the contact information in our pinned thread here: http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?213340-Vodafone-Webteam-for-Customers-With-Problems%281-Viewing%29-nbsp?

Once you've sent it you'll receive an automated reply with a reference number. So I can make sure it reaches me could you update the thread with this and I'll come back to you as quickly as possible.
