Hi All

A friend of mine has a debt with HSBC in which her ex forged her signature and obtained credit.

Now it has been ignored for a while but i have offered to get this sorted,

it was passed to mackenzie hall DCA which i CCA'd and that went pass the deadline,

got a reply from arrow global DCA who it seems have the same email address as mackenzie hall

saying thanks for the letter we are not the creditor but have passed the details on,

this was a full week after the CCA deadline.

Two days before she received the letter i sent off a failed CCA request and am waiting for a reply from them, nothing on her credit file ref to this, whats the next phase?

Thanks

if it does not show on cra

simply ignore the spoofers

if you want

you could , with proof

start a fraud investigation wit the OC

however, i suspect this was already done sometime previous and the result is what we see now...it does not exist.

dca's have no legal powers to do nything

so pers, i'd just let it die

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
