Hi Claire.

 

I have 7 on the go.Just keep each one in a separate folder on the pc.It gets confusing when you get to the Moneyclaim stage if there all in one place.Also don't forget to back it all up on a flash drive,as it is a lot of work wasted if pc goes bang..

Good.

 

Now add it up and claim the interest as well.If this is a credit card,claim back the contractual compounded interest rate.It's on your statements.

eg.. 1.567% X 12 which equals..18.8% APR...

The contractual rate is what they charged you,so it works both ways.
