Hi hope anyone can give advice.

I took a loan out in 2003 with A&L for £5000 (99.47pm)in which they charged me £435.60 ppi which worked out at £7.26pm inc interest over the period of 60 months. At that time i was very ill & hadnt worked for some time & said i didnt need it but they insisted that i had to have it .

Anyway during the loan i tried to cancel it but was told again if i did my loan repayments would go up so i didnt bother as it was all i could afford so i eneded up paying the loan ending in 2008. Now after joining this great forum i am wondering if i have a case i have ALL the documents of them loan even the policy for illness etc do you think i have a case for ppi? if so what can i send & where to as A&L is now Santander sorry if it sounds ovious but confused on what i can & cant do thanks..

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
