Ive just posted on the HSBC forum because after successfully recovering my unlawful charges from Lloyds IN FULL WITH NO CONDITIONS I am also taking on HSBC on behalf of my son and Barclays on behalf of my daughter in law.

Yet again another set of tactics! In response to the pal barclays responded by saying they would look into our complaint and get back to us in about a month - WE DONT THINK SO MR BARCLAYS!

After the letter before action they have responded with an offer of £330, less than have they owe, again WE DONT THINK SO MR BARCLAYS!

This 8% interest they are letting us claim is great!

Tomorrow we file money claim and so we add £179.50 interest plus costs.

Will the banks ever learn - BRING IT ON!

25th July - Data Protection letter S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) sent

15th August - pal sent

20th August - letter received - we get back to you in about a month

30th August - Letter before action sent

13th September - offer of partial settlement as good will gesture
