What do I do about Unless Order

Can someone tell me how I go about a response to a letter from Ashurst telling me about an Unless Order, I do not know what I have to do next, I would appreciate some advice please.

What exactly does the letter say and what is the history behind the letter ie. what happened leading up to you receiving it?

The Letter is concerning when we claimed for refund of Bank Charges, when The Office Of Fairtrading took the Banks to Court in 2009, ours was one, It has still been left pending, and now Ashurst are sending letters to say they are applying to Courts to get these orders dropped so they can get rid of them, but you have 6weeks to respond with reasons you think are good grounds to still claim, It seems they are hopeing people will be scared to react, you have to write to the court I believe, and also let Ashurst know what you have wrote,I think it means like a Hardship plea, I know on here I think others have had them, but i'm not sure, Hope you can advise, once again Thankyou for response.
