Hi

Triton recently sent a letter of mine containing account no, name and address and lots of personal information relating to my account conduct to another of their 'clients' in error. I only know this as he sent it to me with a covering letter as he has very little time for them either.

Any advice re who to complain to? Incidentally this is for a Nat West credit card for which they have no CCA at all so far.

Thanks

Triton is the inhouse recovery department for the RBS. Don't speak directly to Triton, you'll be wasting your time.

Instead make an "Official Complaint" in writing directly to RBS. You'll find the address on the RBS website, along with there complaints procedure, they have to respond.

Triton have breached the data protection act, they have provided personal data to an unknown third party, caused you a great deal of embarrassment. Demand that the accounts should be transferred back to the original lender, as Triton clearly are not capable of managing your accounts accordingly.
