Hi, this is my first time posting on this site so I am not sure what information I am allowed to post. I just wondered if anyone else has had any incidents with a bailiff from Rossendales with initials M.E.B? He recently attended my property and forced his way into the house when I opened the door, even though I asked him to leave. He was in my house threatening to assault me and refused to leave. He only left when I told him my partner was on his way home from work. But even then he sat outside in his van waiting until I was on my own again (apparently waiting for the police to have me charged for assaulting him!), but he kept driving up and down the road as he realised my partner wasn't going to leave me on my own. I have written a letter of complaint to Rossendales but it's got me nowhere. Although they have actually put it in writing that he put his foot over the threshold of the door to stop me from closing it and they have apparently listened to his mobile phone recording of me asking him to leave. I have found out which court issued his licence, but I don't know how to go about informing them about his conduct. I am keen to learn if he has done the same sort of thing to anyone else and I'd really appreciate your comments. In my opinion he should be stopped and his licence revoked. Please can anyone help, I am at my wits end and too scared to even go into the garden now. Apologies for the long thread.

google the bailiffs name

I did and discovered he clamped a disabled pensioners car even though he had a blue badge and hounded him until he paid over £1000 to have the clamped removed. I just wondered if he had forced entry into anyone else's property.

hi

Prior to finding this site, I had trouble with a few bailiffs myself. There is a lot of information on a specialist site Bailiff advice, bailiffs, parking charges, bailiff fees, congestion charges, fines, anpr, csa, council tax

for some reason the link has gone nuts & takes you to the Cbeebies website!

it's called www. bailiff advice online.co.uk (just remove the spaces & type in your address bar....) everytime I type it that way it changes to a link to cbeebies- no idea why!!!

this guy, whoever he is needs stopping.

I would definitely get back in touch with the police. It is their job to protect the public. If this guy forced his way into your house and made threats of violence towards you there must be something that they can do. It's against the law to demand money with menaces. don't be fobbed off.
