Dear Diskmandave & other caggers having problems with this company.

 

I have had the phone calls now RW are on to the letter approach. Your template letter is very informative for phone harassment but have you any idea if the same wording would apply to harassment by letter i.e. breach!! They refuse to advise as to what the apparent amount pertains to and continue to send computerised and untruthful letters.

If you feel they are harassing by letter, the best thing to do is to complain to Trading Standards and the OFT. It usually shuts them up.
