Hi all,

Unfortunatly I had to the need to take out a payday loan last week, long story but due to a vets bill then the vet going back on their promise of a payment plan (and yes I did ask the vet and made it clear of my finacial position before they treated my pet) they are demanding the payment in full right now, so last week I took out a payday loan with tower capital this was thurs last week, I was accepted and the loan paid out also on thurs, however they did say the loan would take 1-3 working days to credit my account, so today is the 3rd day and no money, I have phoned them and they say the money has been sent, checked my account details again all ok, what should I do now, as the loan is due to be re-paid next fri (25th) and I guess they'll just take payment for a loan I have yet to receive, I am now desperate as I paid the vets with the money I had for my bill's which come out of my account this thurs so i am really worried. have I been scammed?

First of all do NOT take out any more payday loans as this will land you in even more trouble.

I have dealt with several payday loan companies, all very successfully so I am more than happy to try and help you.

1. Cancel your debit card as they will have your details and can charge your card at any time and they will. Report it to your bank as "lost"

2. Write/Email Tower Capital to inform them that the money hasn't cleared and see what their response is. If you don't get anywhere my advice would be to cancel the loan (most companies give you 14 days from when you agreed to the loan). I know this will leave you short but is their anyway you can borrow from friends/family or your bank?

3. Keep an eye on your bank account as Tower could try to set up direct debits. If this happens just contact your bank and get them deleted from your account. If they do take money via this method then contact your bank and put an indemnity claim in. The bank will then refund the money to you.

:D Be Happy and treat people exactly how you would like to be treated

 Don't let people take advantage of you and stand up for your rights and beliefs

:p You only live once so don't take things so seriously
