Signed a contract 2 years ago with tiscali to provide line rental, free unlimited anytime calls, unlimited broadband & digital tv, all for £19.99 a month so a great deal. Unfortunately since signing the contract I have had nothing but problems with them charging me for daytime calls. have complained numerous times and each time they tell me "Yes we very sorry, this should not have happened. We will correct our mistake and add a £5 credit to your account for the inconvenience". Got my phone bill in and guess what, yes they still charging me for daytime calls. What can I do?
