HI 123

THIS IS THE ADDRESS TO SEND SAR,

DSAR TEAM

Lloyds Bank

Customer Service

Charlton place

Andover

Hampshire

SP10 1RE

This must be a new dept set up, I have had to resend mine ,

It seems they are delaying because of signatures so I would advise to sign.

BUT put a cross through your signature so you know its unique to this letter.

Hi 123

A cca request needs to be sent off asking for your credit card agreement,

this is sent to.

Lloyds tsb

section 78,sustomer service

Sussex house

1-9 Glouster Place

Brighton

East sussex

BN1 4BE

Which you may have already done"yes"

now this gives them 12+ 2 days to reply...If you dont hear anything..you then send them the account in dispute letter..this then stops them from chasing the account or selling it on until they find your enforcable agreement,

Now to gain your statements for claiming charges/insurance and the aggreements another way is to send the sar letter off with the £10 fee.

At this point weather it is a bank account or credit card with the same company, they have to send all the imformation they have on you.

So you put down creditcard+bank account no's on your "subject to access" letter under the data protection act 1998

this should also return any agreements for the above.

If they dont turn up in the pack,,,your laughing

sorry the above may be a little confusing, they will still chase you for payments but it will buy you more time and gives you a good reason for holding payments back while your disputing the debt
