Hi sorry, carrying this on, this is the copy of the credit agreement i got back from Northern Rock, outside of the 12+2 days!

the interesting thing, is the front page is a black and white copy of my signed agreement, the 2nd page is a colour copy of the T & C, on different paper in a different format!

does this help my case?

thanks

it also doesnt have any cancellation rights on it, and i took it out to clear other credit card debts, does that make a difference? Someone said they thought it would

Hi yogababe, unfortunately your image is still too small, can you upload a larger file to somewhere like

photobucket

Just click on the link above, you need to register.. it is free. Then when you have uploaded your image there, click on the 3rd or 4th url, highlight, right click, copy, then hot foot it back here open a new reply window and paste your image.

Can you tell me if this is a loan please. I have no idea on cancellation rights.

 nice one yogababe.. did you actually register and upload your image to an album ?. Once you have done that you click on the image, then scroll down to bottom right hand side where you have a button that says "generate html code" or something like that anyway. Click on that button, then highlight the 3rd code , right click, copy then paste it over here.

Mmmm,

Still dodgy! You need to copy and paste the `IMG Code` Link from your Scan, and the result would be the image showing on your CAG post, like so -

Picture.jpg

Also, leave two or three `empty` lines above and below your `IMG Code`, to seperate it from any text you may add ;)

Hope this helps.

Regards

Where was this account opened/signed?

The date under the NR signatory is typed in. If you didnt sign on the premises was it sent to you like that ?

  • 1 year later...

Hi I have the same agreement with Northern Rock. I wrote to them about no cancellation rights but they told me it was not necessary to be included in the agreement.

They said I would have been sent this information before but I don't remember getting anything.

Also the money was paid to me during the cooling off period which seems strange if they were aware I could cancel.

I would like to know what others think about this too.

Thanks
