Does anyone know anything about this ? I have recently moved back in with my mum, who is 63 and on pension credit so she does not pay council tax. I, on the other hand am presuming I will still have to pay, is this so ? Also would my mum lose any pension credit due to me living with her ? I work part time and claim child and working tax credit.

Many thanks

She will need to fill in a new claim and put you on the form, it may be that she then has to pay a bit of council tax depending on your earnings.

I don't think the pension credit is affected.

Poppynurse :)
