DPA Information incomplete

Predicatably enough, the SAR information was incomplete, even though it only just arrived within the 40 day time frame.

The main itmes missing were the amounts I was charged for the letters Lloyds sent me informing me that I had exceeded my o/d limit.

Therefore, I have sent them another letter requesting that details of all charges be forwarded within 7 days, along with the threat of reporting them to the information commissioner, as we are now beyond the initial 40 days period.

The missing charges are for the letters they sent me telling me that I had exceeded my o/d limit. The more recent charges have been listed on seperate sheets, whereas copies of statements have been supplied for older details.

 

BTW, the letter I sent (to the correspondance address supplied PO Box 139, B1 2AL), has been returned. 'Addressee gone away'!

Another delay tactic!!!!!

They tend to charge between £25 to £35 for the letters. All of which should form part of any claim for a refund.
