I came across this thread accidently and I believe there is a good chance that I was the one who issued this notice. I wont post the full name of the SC but if it is in the East End and starts with GF then it probably was me. I no longer work for this company but I can say that the more notices I issued the higher my end of year bonus would be.

Don't know if I mentioned it but met a guy from Ireland in the boozer and he's over here earning lots of money (says he) 'Wheel Clamping' I told him it's illegal in Scotland and he said who cares as long as some pay up I could care less. Principle and honesty last cash in hand first .. the maggot!

I was introduced to a guy (in Paisley) who covers a 15m radius, offering to remove private clamps for a fixed fee of £30 using an air-powered grinder (the fee doubles from 2300-0700) so who says private initiatives are not allowing commerce to prevail...? :)
