The VT amount that is stated on any HP agreement relates the the HP portion of the finance.. NOT the PPI element.

Together they make up the Total amount payable but they are seperate

Just thought id answer that question first .... sorry

Any and all comments made are my sole opinion. these do not in any way reflect the opinions of any other company ether associated with myself or others. :)

i know where you are comming from,

been down this road long ago,

the point i am making is welcome use multiple agreements to confuse,

it does state

to end this agreement you must have paid xyz

there is only one agreement, be it a multiple one

the figure quoted to end the agreement should include and ppi etc

waiting on confirmation on this

Welcome and most other HP companies use multiple agreements becasue they have too. Its what the law says they have to do and they are seperate, unfortunately.

If youve VT'd then the car should have gone back to them. Are you sure they have accepted that you have vt becasue they wouldnormally get the car back then hit you for some contribution to the condition of the car especially if the car is undrivable.
