Hi tiglet thanks for the reply. Well your guess is as good as mine I've been charged all of the above on my statements with that intrest ? added to, I have no idea what its for with having the others added aswell. Im just about to print off my lba so dont want to claim for something I cant.

You could go for CI, but its a bit of a minefield imo. Steven4064 is the best one to ask, he's done a good tutorial on it. If you claim any interest you must be clear and claim it from the start. If you put in a claim for CI (compounded interest) they will fight all the way against paying you. Most people just claim the charges and then add on stat 8% when filing at court. in my case I claimed interest at 14% from begining, then added on 8% stat interest, and got the lot back. In most cases they will end up paying charges, plus all the purchase interest you've ever paid, plus 8% stat.

Just follow the normal process and you'll be okay.
