yes, its your money [the ppi part of the repayment of each month paid so far] you decide what is done with it not the co.

you could/should of requested payment by cheque for this amount in court.

however, i would write to the co, and request it be paid by cheque as you have other debtsyou wish to spread this over [haven't you!!]

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Hi Carp,

I have had a simalar problem with Lloyds where they refused to refund me cash for my PPI.

In the end we accepted payment off the loan. I will tell you one thing, they are very very stubborn(sp?).

Take a quick look at mythread.

Lloyds settled in full

£4010.02:D

Halifax CC settled

£417.00 :D

Lloyds PPI
