I dont understand this bit of the letter, and I've read the whole FAQ back to back.

Please help!!!

I calculate that you have taken £620.00 plus £XXX which you have charged me in overdraft interest for the sum which you have taken. Total £XXXXX .

What do I enter here, as I'm not meant to put the interest on yet am i????

Regards

Jim

I'm at the same stage as you - capital one have ignored my 'preliminary approach for repayment letter' as well. The LBA I'm sending isn't going to have any interest on it. Just the £530 I want.
