Ok I have my N1 filled with all the documents, 3 photocopies of everything - what now?

I understand I should go hand it in at my local court, do I need to keep track of dates? is there any action I need to take in the future or do I just wait to hear from them?

Thanks, Kurt.

What happened with mine was

Handed over the 3 copies with the fee ....... court then sent 1 back to me stamped with the date of Issue

Also on it was the date it was deemed served and a date that the defendant had to reply by :)

Yes all 3 copies need to be handed in as they all have to be stamped by the court :)

1 is kept by the court

1 is sent to the defendant

1 returned to you ... some courts will stamp this while you are still there others like mine post them back to you :)
