Hi i am a pipex/homecall customer i will not pay by DD and i keep getting phone calls from them saying there is no DD in place i have sent them a telephone harrasment letter and i still get the calls they say its to do with there automated service and theres nothing they can do

HELP whats my next move

does someone have there new CEO mary turners email as shes the new 1 since they where bought out by tiscali

Not sure if your already registered with these but it may help.I was aware if you register on here and you receive nuisance phone calls the company phoning you can get a big fine up to £5k or more.

 

Im sure they say when you receive the call while speaking to the person ask their name and the company the work for then tell them you are registered with the Telephone Preference Service and you are going to complain.

 

Someone who knows more about this service will advice you more than i can.
