I have today received a enforcement notice from LloydsTSB. Stating under section 76(1) of the CCA 1974 their are withdrawing my overdraft and will be charging a max of £200 per month until my account is paid in full.

What should I do, I have been holding off taking these to court until the oft has been and a desicion has been made, it is this right or wrong

I am in dire straits at the moment I am totally skint with all of my wages going on trying to keep my head above water, but I am sinking fast....

First thing to do is get a bank account at a bank you don't owe money to and arrange for your income and expenditure to come in/out of there.

Next draw up a budget with all your essential outgoings and work out what is left for your creditors, and then make a pro rata offer to them of what you can afford.

Cheers I will do that, because at the moment I have split with the wife and my house is being reprocessed and after the csa take £114 per week off me then I am not left with much anyway.

I feel a trip to the gas oven coming on.....oh it's electric.

thanks again
