  15. i would be very very careful here this could be a spoof letter [as such] make sure you use the internet page you have always used incase you have a virus or trojan? could someone installed a keylogger on your pc? have they acked that they DID send you the letter? if they do not know, then i would be worried. PM me if you want help this is exactly the scenario my work collegue had and it turned out bad his a/c had been hi-jacked might be wrong...hope i am:D dx100uk;)

  21. yes i would think they are snowed under stick with you timetiable and send lba 14days prior to deadline. that should get them moving dx100uk;)
  22. you can either refuse it and go for the full amount or you can accept it as partial settlement & continue there are various threads giving various logic behind each. there are also template letters concerning these replies. personally i'd send a reply, clearly stating you except it as a partial payment, and go for the rest, £1k is alot of money. read a few of the threads here also. if you cant find the letter or threads mentioned post again & i'll check my links dx100uk:cool:
